Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Orders requiring customizations or alterations may take additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification along with tracking information.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

1.⁠ ⁠Domestic Shipping (Ghana):

Express Shipping: Delivery within 3–6 business days after processing.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7–14 business days after processing.

Store Pickup: Orders can be picked up in-store within 7–14 business days after processing. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

2.⁠ ⁠International Shipping:

Express Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 8–14 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

SHIPPING COST

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery option.

Store pickup is free.

International Shipping:

Shipping fees vary based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method (express or standard). These costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their country.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor their shipment and contact the courier directly for updates or assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at info@vexxels.com. While we will make every effort to correct the error, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.

Vexxels is not liable for shipments lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

Notify us at info@vexxels.com within 5 business days of the delivery date or notification of shipment failure.

Vexxels will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Vexxels is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

If customs fees are unpaid, the package may be held or returned to Vexxels. In such cases:

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Additional return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Special Notes for Alterations and Returns

1.⁠ ⁠International Clients:

Free alterations are available, but customers must bear the cost of shipping the item to Vexxels and for reshipping it after alterations are made.

Ensure accurate measurements are submitted at the time of purchase to avoid unnecessary alteration and shipping costs.

2.⁠ ⁠Domestic Clients (Ghana):

Free alterations are available within 3 days of receiving the order, including free return shipping for this service. Requests beyond the 3-day window will incur additional charges.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Check with the shipping carrier, neighbors, or building management.

Contact info@vexxels.com for assistance. While we will help to the best of our ability, Vexxels cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier.

Shipping Restrictions

Vexxels does not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders. A physical address is required.

Orders to regions affected by natural disasters, conflicts, or restricted courier services may face delays or cancellations. Customers will be notified if their order is impacted.
